Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via e-mail and written correspondence and handle inbound/outbound phone calls
• Provide education and counseling to participants, prospects, new entrants and their beneficiaries and representatives
• Research and document recurring problems/questions to resolve cases
• Communicate with clients using templates or standard templates
• Work with NCC and other units to promote self-service where appropriate
