Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy within established tolerances.
• Identify client needs and make appropriate referrals to other bank products and services.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML and privacy requirements.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist in resolving basic client inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Support branch operations as needed, including lobby coverage and operational tasks.

• Process routine financial transactions accurately, including: Deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and transfers
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy within established tolerances
