LPL Financial is seeking a Financial Service Professional in Tempe to provide exceptional service to advisors and their investors. The role begins with a structured training program, including SIE exam prep, and evolves into a client-facing position focused on service, problem solving, and collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license required within 60 days of employment.
• Graduation timeframe between December 2025 and December 2026.
• 0-2 years in a client-facing, service-oriented role.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, Monday-Friday.
• This position requires full-time, in-person training for approximately 4-5 months.

Responsibilities
