The team advises a diverse range of clients, from small start‑ups to large financial institutions, on fund structures and regulatory matters.
- Advise on cross‑border registration and regulatory examinations.
- Handle enforcement and broker‑dealer matters.
- Address issues involving blockchain and digital assets.
- Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and/or Investment Advisers Act.
- Experience with exchange‑traded funds, interval funds, or business development companies is a plus.
- Large law firm, in‑house, or regulatory agency experience preferred.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Bar admission in good standing.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
