Wisepath Recruiting is assisting a premier wealth management practice aligned with OneAmerica Financial®. This direct-hire role begins with classroom-to-field training and a mentor, designed to build a local, relationship-driven business in Cheyenne, WY.

You’ll complete multi-phase licensing and financial planning training, learn discovery conversations, model asset-protection and retirement solutions, and grow a local advisory brand with community engagement.

Qualifications

• No financial industry experience required; background in sales, teaching, operations, or management is highly valued.
• A natural ability to build trust, paired with deep professional empathy.
• Strong work ethic and the self-discipline to manage an autonomous, entrepreneurial schedule.
• Must pass a standard industry background check and licensing exam (sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent track record of professional success.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured, multi-phase licensing and financial planning training program.
• Learn to host consultative 'discovery' conversations to evaluate client needs, financial vulnerabilities, and cash flow.
• Design tailored asset-protection, disability, and retirement planning solutions using the firm's advanced financial modeling software.
• Build a local advisory brand by engaging with local communities, professional organizations, and personal networks.
