Dwan Johnson-Bell - State Farm Agent is seeking a Financial Services Representative Team Member to market financial products, educate customers on options, and support the agency’s growth through a consultative, sales-driven approach. This role requires an active Life & Health license or ability to obtain quickly, FINRA licenses, and experience in financial services or insurance.

You will generate leads, conduct reviews, and maintain compliance with regulations while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license required or ability to obtain quickly.
• FINRA Series 6/63/65 or 7 license required.
• Previous experience in financial services and/or insurance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Consult customers on financial planning, investment options, and life/health insurance coverage.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
• Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
• Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
