Job summary

World Finance, winner of the Top Workplaces USA award for five years in a row, is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey at our Virginia branch. You will support the Branch Manager to maximize growth and ensure excellent service.

The role emphasizes empathy, cash handling, loan processing, and community engagement, with a pay range of $15–$17 per hour and full-time benefits after introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money to and from the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
