Job summary

You will deliver comprehensive financial planning, grow client relationships, and help clients monitor and manage investments while staying compliant with regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active SIE, Series 6/65, or 63 licenses and/or ChFC.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive financial planning and advice to existing State Farm customer households.
• Partner with a career agent to develop a business plan and deliver client service.
• Maintain and expand relationships through active communication and handling requests.
• Demonstrate understanding of financial markets and sound business judgment.
• Educate clients on technology and channels to monitor investments.
• Provide a holistic view of clients' needs and financial coaching beyond investments.
• Ensure adherence with financial industry regulatory policies.
