Job summary

First Community Credit Union in Minnesota is seeking a friendly, detail-minded teller to provide exceptional service and accurately process daily teller transactions. You will greet members, open accounts, and help meet financial needs with product recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous cash-handling preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.

• Ability to communicate, both written and verbal; detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service to members while processing routine teller transactions.
• Greet members professionally in person, on the phone, or by email and build relationships.
• Process routine financial teller transactions for new and existing members.
• Cross-sell financial products and services to meet members' needs.
• Open new accounts and handle transactions to increase member satisfaction.
• Serve as the face of FCCU, projecting a positive image to members and prospects.

Work Schedule
