What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer complex inbound account inquiries related to Visa, Retail, Debit, Loyalty Program, and Gift Card products
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment, password, and sign-on issues
- Enter and review new account applications from various channels
- Process and review register referrals, Nordstrom.com transactions, and credit line increase requests
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy
