Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Utah is seeking a Financial Service Representative to assist members with currency transactions, account openings, and consumer loans. Hours are weekday with a roughly 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM schedule and a starting pay of $15.00 per hour, plus bonus and incentives. You will build long-term member relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes precise communication, professional conduct, and ongoing education to grow within the credit union.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM, Saturdays 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Assist members by phone while business is being developed.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
