Financial Services Representative I
Flex Team Canandaigua National Bank
Locations: Rochester, NY & Canandaigua, NY
Responsible for working as an active member of the Branch Office sales/service team; complying with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements established for the Retail Services function; developing customer relationships in order to take advantage of additional selling and cross-selling opportunities; communicating with management and staff personnel with respect to sales objectives, sales performance, and other factors affecting the sales/service effort; preparing various forms and reports and providing information.
Education/Training: A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field normally required; specialized banking education and training; Notary certification or willingness to obtain as requested.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, analytical, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills; strong PC skills; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services; a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures; technical supervisory skills and sufficient skills to provide assistance in training of branch staff; visual and auditory skills; valid driver's licence.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related experience normally required.
