Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Financial Service Professional for its early-career program in the United States. The role begins with comprehensive training, including SIE exam prep, followed by a dynamic, client-facing position supporting advisors and their investors.

You will engage in 25–30 inbound contacts daily, delivering world-class service, solving problems, researching data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• SIE license required within 60 days of employment.
• Graduation timeframe May 2025 and December 2026.
• 0–2 years in a client-facing, service-oriented role.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
• Full-time, in-person training for approximately 4–5 months.

Responsibilities

• On graduation from training, onboard to a team serving as the first contact for Advisors and Investors, handling 25–30 inbound contacts daily.
• Deliver world-class service and embody client-centric values in every interaction.
• Conduct research and navigate databases to provide accurate solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolutions and foster a team-oriented culture.
