Information Security department is searching for a Security Architect with broad industry experience to guide our large initiatives in Product Security, Enterprise Security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will bring a blend of technical acumen and strategic insight, capable of effectively communicating with stakeholders and guiding team members in alignment with our security culture and business priorities. You possess a strong background in Application and Infrastructure security and experience with IAM, with working knowledge in architecting and delivering IAM solutions in an enterprise cloud-based environment. Information Security is looking for a strong leader who can work closely with cross-functional IT, engineering, and leadership to develop strategy, architect, and deliver solutions in a matrixed environment, maturing the Product and Enterprise security of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Product Security and cross-functional teams to mature the Security Architecture of the product ecosystem.
- Recommend and incorporate new technology/vendors to evolve the Product Security strategy.
- Contribute to maturing the overall Product Security program by improving processes and tools.
- Lead the IAM security program including strategy, framework, architecture, process, execution, and continuous maturity.
- Provide expert guidance on IAM security program strategy and best practices, including design, architecture, solution implementation, policies, procedures, and risk mitigation.
- Perform IAM risk assessments in collaboration with cross-functional teams and Security Risk Management to understand technical implementations and assess control strength.
- Provide security architecture guidance for Corporate Enterprise security initiatives.
- Communicate identified security risks and their potential impact to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and present detailed operational reports on the state and risks of the overall product and enterprise security programs, ensuring clarity for all audiences, including senior management.
We'd love to chat if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Security Architecture.
- Strong technical knowledge of IAM strategy, architecture, tools, controls, especially in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong knowledge of Zero Trust tools in the enterprise space.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in AWS.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-Suite.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with IT and engineering teams to design, assess, and implement solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IAM tools and methodologies.
- Experience with a broad range of Application Security, Cloud Security, and Enterprise tools.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to work as a strong independent leader among other ICs to deliver enterprise-wide strategy and solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
