Job summary

Sonoma State University is seeking a College Scheduler and Financial Analyst to independently perform specialized administrative and analytical duties. This role supports the College of Science, Technology, and Business with course scheduling, multi-semester planning, enrollment reporting, and financial reporting.

The incumbent will compile data, prepare reports with reliable conclusions, and lead or participate in projects, often representing the college on key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience in study, analysis, and program development.
• Two years of related administrative experience.
• Experience in higher education administration preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in course scheduling and multi-semester planning.
• Prepare enrollment reports and financial procedures and reporting.
• Develop, implement and evaluate administrative policies and programs.
• Provide data analysis and reporting with recommendations for action.
