Texans-Credit-Union in McKinney Richardson area is expanding and seeking a Financial Services Representative for our Campbell Road branch. You will serve as the primary sales contact, helping members determine financial needs, processing loans, and opening/service accounts.

Responsibilities include loan origination, cross-selling Texan's products, and supporting branch operations. Must have a high school diploma; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; MLO certification eligibility required;

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• At least one year experience in a Sales environment in a financial institution with cash handling.
• At least one year experience in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• Willingness and ability to obtain certification as Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
• Must successfully pass a credit check, background check and drug screen.

• Respond to members' requests, problems, and concerns; troubleshoot issues and/or direct them to the appropriate person for information and assistance; may handle more complex questions for other branch staff.
• Provide back-up support to the branch operations including, but not limited to, implementing floor management, processing teller transactions, and other duties as assigned.

We're currently seeking a FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE to join Team Texans at our Campbell Road branch in Richardson, TX!

POSITION OVERVIEW: In the FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE role, you have the opportunity to earn monthly incentives as the primary sales contact within your branch. You serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union - each day you work with members to determine their financial needs, process consumer and real estate loans, and open and service accounts.

Requirements

This position is not entry-level.

• High school diploma or equivalent
