Salary: Agents' earnings vary based on effort and ambition, with potential to grow into a six-figure income. Range: $36,000 - $125,000 annually. This is a 1099, performance-based role with no caps on earnings.
Experience: No financial experience needed; training is hands-on. Relevant skills like leadership, public speaking, customer service, banking, or accounting can help you advance faster.
