OUR MISSION: Helping families become financially educated and serve the community on topics typically learned in school.

Looking to escape the rat race, make a career change, or add another income stream? As a newly trained agent with Global Financial Impact (GFI), no prior experience is necessary. You will receive training and mentorship, obtain a life/health license in your state, and position yourself to serve others while earning income.

The position is fully remote, ideal for stay-at-home career seekers or those wanting to supplement their income.

No prior experience required; our company offers comprehensive training.

We seek motivated, capable, and committed business partners to become financial professionals and meet client needs.

MANDATORY: Clean background (No Felonies), U.S. Social Security Number, and residency in the U.S.

You can start part-time (8-15 hours weekly) without quitting your current job. Most new agents begin as referrals or part-time before transitioning to full-time. We work with 25+ A-rated companies to provide valuable financial literacy, especially in underserved markets.

Salary: Agents' earnings vary based on effort and ambition, with potential to grow into a six-figure income. Range: $36,000 - $125,000 annually. This is a 1099, performance-based role with no caps on earnings.

Experience: No financial experience needed; training is hands-on. Relevant skills like leadership, public speaking, customer service, banking, or accounting can help you advance faster.

Opportunity Responsibilities:

  • Develop Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for clients
  • Assist families, individuals, and business owners in financial planning, including:

1. Asset and fund protection

2. Legacy building

3. Index strategies

4. Debt management

5. Estate planning with our legal team

Work Schedule:

  1. Part-time, 6-15 hours/week, flexible
  2. Leads are generated via 3 tiers: Hot, Warm, Cold, with additional support from ETHOS
  3. Remote work via Zoom
  4. Assigned a Field Trainer for guidance on prospecting and client engagement
  5. Daily training sessions to support your growth

Requirements:

  • Background check (no felonies)
  • U.S. Social Security Number
  • Reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada during initial process
  • At least 18 years old

Job Type: Part-time with incentives such as bonuses, renewal commissions, stock options, profit sharing, and more. Training is free, with 15 weekly sessions available. You can own your book of business, with opportunities for agency ownership and equity. Compensation is uncapped and performance-based, with payments up to 9 times per month. This role offers career advancement and potential for world trips for qualifiers.
