Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years financial sales or comparable experience.
• Willingness to sell the Bank's services on a proactive basis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to complete extensive product and sales training.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and coordination of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Increase relationships with the assigned customer portfolio.
• Plan and execute telephone calling program for customers.
• Develop consultative selling relationships via phone, mail and appointments.
• Increase profitability through deposits, loans, investments and insurance.
• Promote and sell bank products to new customers and at events.
• Process applications and set up accounts and loans per policy.
• Comply with applicable laws and internal risk policies.
• Support departmental and organizational goals through daily duties.
