Job summary

Central Midwest Region of Modern Woodmen of America is seeking a Financial Representative to spearhead growth and lead the local office. You will address members’ financial needs, build relationships, and promote community impact while developing a growing team.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to obtain licenses quickly (SIE, Life/Health) if not already held.
  • Strong community leadership and willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead community engagement to address members' financial needs.
  • Develop and train new financial representatives over time.
  • Support growth of the local Modern Woodmen office.
  • Recruit and mentor team members as the role expands.

The Central Midwest Region of Modern Woodmen is actively seeking a Financial Representative to help spearhead the continued growth of the region. This opportunity is ideal for someone who currently holds the appropriate state licensing, or is willing to obtain it quickly and is motivated to make a meaningful impact on clients and the local community. The Role of Financial Representative:

As a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and supporting the continued growth of the local office. Over time, the role can expand to include recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team.
