Modern Woodmen's DeZordo Region is seeking a Financial Representative to help grow the local office by addressing members' financial needs and demonstrating strong leadership within the community.

The DeZordo Region of Modern Woodmen is actively seeking a Financial Representative to help spearhead the continued growth of the region. This opportunity is ideal for someone who currently holds the appropriate state licensing, or is willing to obtain it quickly and is motivated to make a meaningful impact on clients and the local community. If you have a strong desire to lead, develop others, and play a key role in building a growing team, this could be an excellent opportunity worth exploring.

Meet Our Regional Director:

Travis DeZordo:

Regional Director and Financial Advisor, FIC, with Modern Woodmen, and has been in this role for 7 years. Prior to entering financial services, Travis spent several years in education as a high school teacher, instructing AP U.S. History and Human Geography, while also coaching football and tennis. These experiences shaped his leadership style and strengthened his ability to communicate, mentor, and help others reach their goals—skills that continue to guide his work today. Outside of work, Travis is most passionate about his family. He and his wife, Jessie, share a love for travel, discovering great food, and enjoying a good glass of wine, while Travis and their 11-year-old daughter, Sofia, are currently on a shared Taekwondo journey working toward their black belts. A lifelong sports fan, Travis is also a devoted supporter of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

As a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and supporting the continued growth of the local office. Over time, the role can expand to include recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team.

• This position is compensated through commissions and performance-based incentives. Based on historical results, representatives may earn approximately $97,000–$192,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
