You will operate as a compliance-savvy front-lobby specialist while pursuing Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with strong support from the company. The role emphasizes customer service, technology adoption, and the ability to identify opportunities to deepen client engagement in an onsite, branch-based environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience is a strong foundation.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
• Resources and support are provided to prepare for Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• Degree, equivalent experience, or certifications are beneficial (tuition reimbursement for CFP or credential).
• Serve as a technology champion within the branch and adopt new tools.
• Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients.
• Ability to assess client needs and find opportunities.
• Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Open to feedback, collaboration, and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Fidelity’s valued clients and strengthen relationships.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
