Job summary

INTRUST Bank is seeking a full‑time investment and insurance products professional to serve clients through INTRUST Financial Services via third party broker‑dealer channels. The role emphasizes fiduciary standards, confidentiality, and community impact, with opportunities to refer clients to Financial Advisor I's and II's as appropriate.

Minimum education is a high school diploma with at least 2 years of consumer financial services experience preferred.

• Must be conversant in financial products and service terminology.
• Familiarity with INTRUST Bank's products and services desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing to existing INTRUST Financial Services clients with brokerage or direct-business relationships.
• Serve under best interest and fiduciary standards to build and manage clients' investments.
• Refer clients to Financial Advisor I's and II's when advisory conversations are appropriate.
• Discuss investment product solutions with customers based on best interest standard.
• Contact existing clients for periodic servicing needs and offer updated solutions.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with Banking Center staff to solicit referrals and growth opportunities.
• Refer to Consumer Banking and other business lines as needed.
• Support account retention goals and revenue generation.

Job Summary: Provide full-time service of investment and insurance products offered by INTRUST Financial Services through third party broker-dealer. May also provide additional related services or sales on a limited basis as requested. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's Character Qualities.

Essential Functions:

• All expectations described in the job description's essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Provide account servicing to existing INTRUST Financial Services clients with brokerage or direct-business relationships.
• Serve under established best interest and fiduciary standards to build and manage clients' investments and serve ongoing financial needs.
• Refer clients to Financial Advisor I's and II's when financial planning/advisory conversations are appropriate.
• Discuss investment product solutions (e.g., mutual funds, annuities, other insurance products, and fixed income products) with customers based upon best interest standard when an advisory solution is not applicable/appropriate.
• Contact existing clients for periodic servicing needs, offer updated solutions and solicit additional business.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with Banking Center staff to solicit and encourage referrals.
• Referrals to Consumer Banking and other business lines.
• Accountable to account retention goals, service-level goals, revenue generation and referrals to Financial Advisor I's and II's, when appropriate, for advisory/planning solutions.

Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years prior experience working with consumers in financial services business preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Must be conversant in financial products and service terminology. Familiarity with INTRUST Bank's products and services desired. Must have excellent communication skills.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Employment contingent on passing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, FINRA Series 7 Exam and 63 Exams, and appropriate state life & variable annuity insurance licensing required.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions.
