Oversees all financial reporting functions including monthly financial reporting, construction accounting, Authority reporting and special projects and requests for information. Responsible for accuracy, integrity, and timely preparation of financial statements and statistical reports. Responsible for regulatory reports filed to regulatory agencies and keeping up to date with changing regulations affecting those cost report and other filings. Develops and updates policies and procedures. Manages analysts and clerical staff.Job Duties:
