The good-faith compensation range is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting role, market, and candidate qualifications. You will maintain tie-out binders for press releases and filings, support the proxy statement, review Form 4s and Section 16 filer

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Expert knowledge of the operation of an organization.
• Strong management abilities and the ability to recognize and foster other management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tie-out support binder for earnings press releases and 10Q/10Ks.
• Assist with preparation of annual proxy statement and underlying supporting files.
• Review Form 4s and maintain Section 16 filer information as required.
• Review financial presentations for consistency and accuracy.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
• Partner with process owners to identify SOX control gaps, deficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Adhere to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
