Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a seasoned finance professional in Wisconsin to lead financial reporting and consolidation for multiple entities. You will build and maintain reports, prepare statements, and support external audits.

Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years in financial reporting or public accounting; advanced Excel skills, GAAP knowledge, and multi-entity experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or public accounting.
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting and multi-entity accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial reports using various accounting software platforms.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for multiple legal entities and subsidiaries.
• Support external audit activities throughout the audit cycle.
• Monitor and report on bank covenant compliance on a regular basis.
• Support budget preparation and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with consolidated financial reporting and multi-entity accounting required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation
