Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking an experienced accounting professional to produce month-end financial reports and manage data entry across SBF platforms. The role supports senior management and the operations team on a full-time basis in Florida.

Responsibilities include daily reconciliations, journal entries, monthly broker and BD0 commission reporting, and budget template preparation, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with financial modeling and report creation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to industry-specific software.
• 4+ to 8+ years of accounting experience in financial services, investment banking or commercial services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary Month End Financial Reporting for review by senior management.
• Produce Balance Sheet and Profit/Loss with variance comments; client revenue and SOFR/Prime Rate reports.
• Assist in the preparation and integration of the Annual Budget report template.
• Prepare daily reconciliations and journal entries for review and posting.
• Process broker commissions and BD0 commissions; enter approved expenses into accounting systems.
• Support weekly and monthly SBF operations reports and compliance requests.
