Job Description

Position Summary: The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for performing the financial consolidation for US Environment Testing to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position manages dimension hierarchies in Oracle ePBCS (Hyperion Planning tool), ensuring alignment between accounting systems, group financial reporting systems, and ePBCS. Plays a critical role in the month-end close process and partners with the M&A team for financial modeling related to new acquisitions. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and supporting financial performance metrics.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides financial reporting, KPIs, and metrics to business units.
• Manages budgeting & forecasting processes, maintaining models and data integrity.
• Reports on financial performance for leadership reviews.
• Extracts and loads data into Oracle ePBCS, ensuring system alignment.
• Uses queries and reports to gather data for financial, headcount, sales, and other reports.
• Performs variance analysis, trend identification, and recommends improvements.
• Prepares M&A financial projections and supports integration efforts.
• Supports various cost centers within the division.
• Performs delegated tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Accounting or related field; CPA, CMA, or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year in FP&A.
• Authorization to work in the US without restriction.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Experience with Oracle ePBCS/Hyperion; knowledge of TM1/Cognos is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
