What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team!

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for all financial reporting within the Finance Department. This position ensures processes are efficient and accurate for preparation of financial reporting. This position is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of all financial reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with other teams to obtain financial data for reports, as needed.
  • Oversee and manage the Executive and Board reports.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare written and oral reports on findings.
  • Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and inspections.
  • Maintain and update financial reporting policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and train financial reporting staff.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business and three (3) years of experience in Business;

OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business and one (1) year of experience in Business;

OR

  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Business.
  • Four (4) years of experience working with a health plan or other managed care entity or behavioral health services provider or hospital or experience with governmental accounting.
  • Supervision of 2 or more employees preferred.
