Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow management for multiple clients. You will partner with clients and internal teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in finance/FP&A, with strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will lead a finance team, ensure accuracy, and develop dashboards for leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial management.
• Strong expertise in strategic financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience developing financial models, projections, and business performance analyses.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations and business insights.
• Experience managing or leading finance/accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of cash-flow management and financial performance management.
