Orlando Health is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow management for multiple clients. You will partner with clients and internal teams to translate financial data into actionable insights and support strategic business decisions.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in finance and a strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Experience developing financial models, projections, and business performance analyses.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations and business insights.
• Experience managing or leading finance/accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of cash-flow management and financial performance management.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/financial software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or business entities preferred.
