Position Summary: The FinancialReporting Manager reportsto the ChiefAccounting Officer andis responsible forleading the Company'sfinancial consolidationand external reportingprocesses while deliveringtimely, accurate financial informationthat supports executivedecision-making. Thisrole oversees enterprise-wide financial reporting, technical accounting,operational reporting, and KPI/dashboard development acrossa multi-entityorganization.
As a keybusiness partner, theFinancial Reporting Managercollaborates closely withAccounting, Treasury, Operations, andM&A teamsto ensure financialreporting is accurate, compliant with U.S. GAAP, andaligned with theorganization's strategicobjectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Accounting,Treasury, FP&A, Operations, and M&A teams to improve reporting processes and financial transparency.
- Build trusted relationshipswith business leadersby providing timely, accurate, and insightful financialinformation.
- Lead or participatein special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other dutiesasassigned.
- Lead the monthlyconsolidation process formultiple legal entities, including intercompanyeliminations, noncontrolling interests, and consolidation entries.
- Prepare and distributemonthly consolidated financialstatements and managementreporting packages.
- Review financialresults for newlyacquired or partneroffices, providing varianceanalysis and operationalcommentary.
- Create, maintain, andenhance financial reportswithin Sage Intacct.
- Performdetailed reviews ofconsolidation and post-close journal entriesto ensure completenessand accuracy.
- Partner with theGeneral Ledger AccountingManager to ensuretimely month-endclose and reportingdeliverables.
- Supportthe annualfinancial statement auditby coordinating financialreporting schedules andresponding to auditorrequests.
Financial Analysis & BusinessReporting
- Lead monthlyand quarterly varianceanalysis, explaining resultsagainst budget, forecast, and prior periodswith actionable businessinsights.
- Design,develop, and continuouslyimprove executive dashboardsand KPI reportingto support operationalperformance.
- Partner with Operationsleadership to definereporting requirements,establish meaningful metrics, and improve businessvisibility.
- Present financial resultsand performance trendsto senior leadershipand operational stakeholders.
Technical Accounting & Compliance
- Manage accounting and reportingfor acquisitions, divestitures, entity restructurings,and other complextransactions.
- Coordinate preparation ofquarterly debt covenantcompliance reporting andlender certificates.
- Serve as theaccounting lead forthe implementation andadoption of newaccounting standards, includingASC 606, ASC842, andfuture U.S. GAAP updates.
- Develop, maintain, andenhance accounting policies, procedures, and financialreporting documentation.
- Partner with Treasuryon monthly cashflow reporting,debt accounting, interestexpense, and relateddisclosures.
- Assist in maintainingeffectiveinternal controlsover financial reportingand support SOXcompliance initiatives,as applicable.
Required Knowledge, Skills& Abilities
- Strong knowledge offinancial consolidationsand U.S. GAAP financial reportingina multi-entityenvironment.
- Exceptional analytical andproblem-solving skillswith the abilityto translate complexfinancial data intomeaningful business insights.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the abilityto communicate effectivelywith both financeand non-financeaudiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, anddrive resultsin a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excelskills, including largedata sets, PivotTables,Power Query, andfinancial modeling.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems; Sage Intacct experiencepreferred.
- Experience with businessintelligence and datavisualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, orsimilar) preferred.
Core Competencies:
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree inAccounting required.
- 6–10 yearsof progressive accountingand financial reportingexperience.
- 3–6 yearsof experience witha Big Fourpublic accounting firmstrongly preferred.
- Experience preparing consolidatedfinancial statements fora multi-entity organization.
- Strong technical accountingknowledge with demonstratedexperience researchingand documenting U.S. GAAP accountingconclusions.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, consolidations, and complexaccounting transactionspreferred.
- Experience with ASC606, ASC 842, SOX compliance, andinternal controls isa plus.

- Experience with ERPsystems suchas Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, orMicrosoft Dynamics.
