Job summary

Veridian National Search seeks an experienced financial reporting leader to oversee IFRS and US GAAP compliance for international entities. You will manage the preparation and review of consolidated statements and collaborate across the organization on key reporting initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's preferred), and substantial public accounting experience with global exposure. Strong governance and cross-border accounting expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; advanced Master's degree preferred.
• CPA certification required or actively pursuing.
• Public accounting experience with multinational exposure.
• Experience with IFRS and US GAAP is essential.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting for multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IFRS and US GAAP compliance across international entities.
• Prepare and/or review consolidated financial statements for multiple legal entities.
• Lead financial reporting processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a responsive, technically sound reporting department.

Job description

• Manager bonus: 10% target, based on company performance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with advanced Master's degree

• Thorough understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Preparation and/or review of multiple sets of annual financial statements for various legal entities. Statements are prepared in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, GASB and other GAAPs
• Oversee, with the help of the Director, all financial reporting matters including IFRS and US GAAP compliance, international accounting and financial reporting.
• Play an integral role in maintaining a highly responsive and technically sound financial reporting department that interfaces across the organization to support key business initiatives.
• Responsible for the preparation and/or review of quarterly and annual consolidations using consolidation software.
