An established Denver based company is seeking a Mid-Senior level Financial Reporting Manager to join their collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a BS in Accounting, and CPA credentials preferred. This role involves preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and participating in month-end close activities. The position requires in-office attendance 5 days a week.

Manager of Financial Reporting

Carter Mackenzie is partnering with an established Denver based company. They are an industry leader and have grown organically and through acquisitions. They are looking to add an experienced SEC reporting manager. This person will join a collaborative team and report directly to the Controller, who is one of those unique leaders who understands how to bring their people together to meet the financial and operational goals of the company.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with preparing quarterly and annual financial statements (10K & 10Q)
• Prepare monthly consolidations
• Assist and research complex technical accounting events
• Participate in the month-end close

What you need:

• BS-Accounting
• CPA and public accounting experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong US GAAP
• Consolidations
• Ability to go into the office 5 days a week (Denver)

Salary: $115-130K + bonus
