Job summary

CFS is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager in Downtown Cleveland for a hybrid role. You will oversee the preparation, analysis, and delivery of financial reporting packages, partnering with FP&A leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.

You will supervise the reporting team, manage daily priorities, and drive improvements in reporting tools and automation to support executives and business partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial reporting or FP&A experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee daily reporting operations and set priorities.
• Ensure accuracy through detailed review and validation.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for leadership.
• Support FP&A with insights and strategic analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes.
• Collaborate with data and systems teams to enhance integration.
• Train and support users on reporting tools.

Qualifications (Financial Reporting Manager)

• 5+ years of financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting experience preferred
• Experience managing or mentoring team members strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
