• Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and year-end schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement of the close process.
• Coordinate year-end audit and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
• Manage close schedules and deadlines.
