Job summary

Rogers Corporation is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to support the preparation and accuracy of external financial statements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely close and regulatory compliance under US GAAP.

Responsibilities include handling pensions, equity compensation, leases, revenue recognition, and related disclosures. CPA candidacy and 2+ years of experience are preferred, with opportunities to contribute to policy updates and audit support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of financial reporting and technical accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA candidate status preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting close process.
• Assist with technical accounting areas including pensions, equity compensation, ASC 842 leases, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Prepare disclosures for Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K and assist with audit requests.
• Maintain and update accounting policies in line with GAAP.
• Conduct technical accounting research and prepare memorandums on company position and impact.
