Job summary

Pathstone is seeking a Reporting Associate to join the Personal CFO Services team in Atlanta. You will help deliver high-quality financial reporting for ultra-high-net-worth clients with multi-entity structures, perform reconciliations, and ensure data integrity across client entities.

You will collaborate with Reporting Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records, support monthly closes, and contribute to reliable financial insights for complex client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in public accounting, family office, or financial services.
• Experience with multi-entity or partnership accounting preferred.
• Proficient in Sage Intacct or similar accounting systems.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and analytical abilities.
• Clear and professional communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multi-entity structures.
• Prepare draft entity-level and consolidated financial reports.
• Assist with inter-entity accounting and reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis and support explanations.
• Maintain data integrity in Sage Intacct and other systems.
• Coordinate with Reporting Managers, Advisory, and Tax teams.
• Prepare client deliverables and ad-hoc reporting.
• Support cash flow tracking and liquidity reporting.
