Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Financial Reporting and Compliance Manager (Remote). Primary duties include:

  • Preparing GAAP financial statements, managing the annual audit, and financial covenant calculations for bank compliance.
  • Providing modified cash basis financial reports to external tax accountants, managing retirement plan audits, and assisting with budget and property tax filings.
  • Preparing journal entries for GAAP statements based on modified cash basis data.
  • Leading efforts to improve financial statement structure, content, and accuracy.
  • Communicating financial covenant calculations to banks.
  • Managing retirement plan audits (401k, cash balance plan).
  • Supporting projects such as annual budget preparation and tax filings.
  • Performing other duties as needed.

Salary range, based on experience: $105,672 - $158,508

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm PST. Remote role; residence in Portland or SW Washington required.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in financial statement audits with a public accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and modified cash basis financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Budgeting skills.
  • Clear communication skills for financial and lay audiences.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work ethically, and think creatively.
