U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to join the Accounting and Financial Reporting team at our corporate headquarters in Houston, TX. This role focuses on consolidations, SEC filings, and related disclosures, with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in financial reporting or accounting, strong Excel/Word skills, and comfort working in a high-growth environment. Remote candidates are not being considered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in financial reporting or accounting.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and related disclosures.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes and consolidations.
• Maintain schedules for equity instruments and non-controlling interests.
• Help prepare schedules for audits and improve reporting processes.
