Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst in Reston, VA to prepare financial statements across Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate portfolios using IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP and Canadian GAAP. The role handles data collection and resolves queries from Onshore, Clients, Auditors, and Directors.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA or MBA in Finance) and 1–4 years of Financial Reporting experience with strong MS

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA Finance/CFA) required.
• 1–4 years in Financial Reporting.
• Experience in Hedge Fund financial reporting.
• Manual experience of reporting in IFRS/US GAAP preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of capital markets and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements of Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manco, etc., in multiple GAAPs, mainly IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP and Canadian GAAP.
• Receive required data for the preparation of financial statements in multiple GAAPs.
• Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director.
