Job summary

Apex Group Ltd is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist in Reston, VA. You will receive data to prepare and review financial statements for our clients within a global fund administrator environment.

The role requires professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA Finance/CFA) and at least 3 years in financial reporting, ideally including hedge funds. Strong Excel/Word skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ Minimum years of experience in Financial Reporting.
• Experience of Financial Reporting in Hedge Funds.
• Manual experience of reporting in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Adaptability in MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and deadlines in a production-driven environment with high accuracy.
• Train the team to ensure quality services to clients.
• Define the timeline of financial statements onshore.
• Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Clients, Auditors, and Director.

As a Financial reporting specialist, you will receive the required data to prepare financial statements. You will also prepare and review the financial statements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team and deadline and be effective in a production-driven environment while maintaining 100% accuracy
• Train the team to ensure quality services to clients
• Define the timeline of financial statements onshore
• Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Clients, Auditors, and Director.
