Job summary

Sage Search Partners in Dallas is seeking a junior fund reporting analyst to join an established institutional real estate investment platform. You will move beyond data entry to analyze numbers, find root causes, and explain what you found to internal teams and external groups.

This is not about pushing data into reports, but understanding what happened, fixing what is broken, and preparing investor-ready reporting and presentations.

Qualifications

• 1+ yrs in audit, fund accounting, investor reporting, or financial reporting.
• Real estate or private fund exposure is a plus.
• CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help build the quarterly reports that go out to institutional investors.
• Check, analyze, and explain financial and operating data.
• Investigate variances and track down data problems at the source.
• Answer investor and consultant questions during the reporting cycle.
• Partner with senior leaders and teams internally as well as externally.
• Support finance technology and process projects.
