Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance reporting and data infrastructure to improve analytics capabilities and support investment performance tracking.
  • Assist in portfolio management through modeling and performance reporting, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
  • Maintain and optimize internal performance reporting platforms, enhancing data tracking and reporting procedures.
  • Create regular and ad hoc portfolio reports for management and investor inquiries, boosting marketing efforts and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support corporate development initiatives, fund marketing strategies, and respond to investor questionnaires with precise data analysis.
  • Collaborate with investment and operations teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and improve overall data management.
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial services, management consulting, or data analytics.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial principles, including IRR and MOIC.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice-to-Have:
