Job summary

Priority1 is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support financial reporting, perform ad hoc analyses, and review processes. The role focuses on identifying root causes, providing data-driven recommendations, and improving accounting controls.

This in-office position is based in Little Rock, AR, with no remote work option. Responsibilities include variance analysis, reconciliation review, and reporting package preparation, plus opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with internal audit or control assessment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ad hoc analyses and special investigations as assigned.
• Gather and analyze information to determine root causes of issues.
• Research open-ended questions and develop fact-based conclusions.
• Review accounting processes to identify breakdowns and control weaknesses.
• Document findings, risks, root causes, and recommended actions for management.
