Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to join the team during a critical reporting period. You will work on financial statement tie-outs, footnote updates, and support audit readiness using Workiva and NetSuite.

You will collaborate with experienced financial reporting leaders in an on-site environment, handling multiple statements and delivering accurate reporting by period-end.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting or audit experience with financial reporting.
• Experience preparing financial statements, tie-outs, or supporting audits.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Complete financial statement tie-outs to support accurate reporting.
• Support audit requirements and assist with period-end statements.
• Update footnotes and maintain consistency across statements in Workiva/NetSuite.
• Use Excel analysis to support reporting deliverables.

• Complete financial statement tie-outs to support accurate and timely reporting.
• Support audit requirements and help prepare financial statements for completion by the end of the reporting period.
• Update footnote schedules and maintain consistent changes across multiple financial statements in Workiva.
• Use Excel analysis, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and financial reporting formulas, to support reporting deliverables.
