Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to establish and deepen client relationships while handling daily transactions and account openings. You will refer customers to the right solutions and collaborate with specialists to meet financial goals.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and teamwork, with duties spanning teller tasks, compliance, and community engagement. A minimum of two years in banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years banking center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of deposits, lending and other financial services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establish, retain and deepen customer relationships and perform banking transactions.
• Open accounts for new walk-ins and coordinate documentation to ensure compliance.
• Refer customers to relevant solutions and bank experts.
• Proactive outreach to existing and prospective customers.
• Handle teller activity including deposits, withdrawals, wires, etc.
• Assist in community events to increase bank outreach and opportunities.
