Job Title: Financial Modeling & Analysis SME (Pharmacy, Finance, Actuarial)

Location: Remote

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with a strong background in financial modeling, rebate forecasting, and pharmacy analytics. This role supports critical financial planning, modeling, and strategic decision-making related to pharmacy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, clinical data, legislative and regulatory developments to assess financial impacts on pharmacy programs.
• Model cost trends, utilization patterns, rebate structures, and policy changes to support enterprise planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product design and pricing strategies to ensure financial sustainability.
• Build predictive financial models and translate complex actuarial data into decision-ready insights for leadership and finance teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by identifying cost containment opportunities and forecasting financial risks.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• In lieu of a degree: An additional 4 years of relevant financial experience.

Experience:

• 5 years in a finance, accounting, or quantitative analysis role.
• Proven experience in rebate forecasting and pharmacy financial analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry highly desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in database querying and financial reporting tools
