Most of our new agents start as referrals or part-time before transitioning to full-time, but still earn the same commissions.

You will work with A+ rated financial companies across the nation. No financial experience is required initially, as you will learn everything hands-on.

Having skills in leadership, customer service, sales, banking, accounting/software, or entrepreneurship can help you move quickly in the company.

Opportunity includes:

• Educating and developing Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for clients
• Helping families, individuals, and business owners secure financial advantages such as asset protection, legacy building, index strategies, debt management, and estate planning.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time: 6-15 hours a week, varies by individual
• Leads are generated via 3 tiers: hot, warm, and cold, through partnerships with ETHOS, Corebridge, and others
• All conducted remotely via Zoom
• You will be assigned a field trainer to guide you through prospecting clients and managing your business
• Daily training to support your growth

Non-negotiable requirements:

• Pass a background check (no felonies)
• Have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number
• Reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada during initial onboarding
• Be 18+ years old (Federal requirement)

Job Details:

• Part-time
• 1099 commission rate: $12,000 - $125,000+ per year
• Unlimited earning potential with multiple pay methods, including producer bonuses, agency bonuses, renewals, stock options, profit sharing, etc.
• Free training provided
• Own your book of business, with opportunities for agency ownership and equity
• Uncapped, performance-based pay, with commissions ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 per client
• Get paid 8-9 times a month
• Fulfilling career with advancement opportunities
