Key Responsibilities:

• Attend virtual trainings and mentorship calls to develop product knowledge and communication skills
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships
• Optional: Recruit, mentor, and lead team members through our builder’s model
Compensation & Support:
• Commission-Based: Part-time agents typically earn $50K–$100K annually; full-time agents have unlimited earning potential
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses, recognition, and travel opportunities
• Licensing: No prior financial experience needed—we help with the licensing process and provide ongoing training
