Are you looking for a flexible career opportunity where you can develop professional skills, work directly with families, and learn the financial services industry?

Our growing financial services agency is looking for motivated, coachable individuals interested in building experience in financial education, client relationships, and financial services.

What You'll Do

As a Financial Professional, you will learn how to:

• Meet with individuals and families virtually to understand their financial goals
• Educate clients on financial concepts and available strategies
• Help clients understand options for life insurance, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and financial protection
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
• Develop communication, leadership, and business-building skills

No Financial Experience Required

You do not need a finance degree or previous financial-services experience.

We provide training and mentorship to help the right candidates learn the industry and develop the skills necessary to work with clients.

Because this is a regulated industry, candidates who choose to move forward will be required to obtain the appropriate state insurance license before conducting licensed business. Guidance and training are provided throughout the licensing process.

Compensation is commission-based and is earned from completed business. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, PTO, or traditional employee benefits.
